Mississippi Valley Workforce Development Board (MVWDB) is seeking quotes for the procurement of an eLearning system platform to facilitate workforce development initiatives across our eight-county area. The Mississippi Valley Workforce Area covers the counties of Jackson, Clinton, Scott, Muscatine, Louisa, Lee, Henry, and Des Moines counties. MVWDB is seeking a qualified organization, firm, and/or individual to develop and lead the initial implementation of a Healthcare Sector Partnership. Healthcare is one of MVWA’s power sectors.
The timeline for this project is estimated to be between July 1, 2024 – October 1, 2024.

Request for Proposals
The Mississippi Valley Workforce Development Board (MVWDB), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is seeking competitive proposals from public or private agencies or other entities with the capacity and expertise to provide Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker Services, Title I Youth Services, and Title I One Stop Operator Services. The Mississippi Valley Workforce Area covers Jackson, Clinton, Scott, Muscatine, Louisa, Des Moines, Henry, and Lee counties in Iowa.
The term of the contracts awarded under this solicitation will be up to 4 years beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, with options to renew in part or in whole for additional one-year terms for a total of four years, including all extensions and renewals.
